1. Online Advertising and Marketing Services

flyte new media is a web design and digital marketing agency in Portland, Maine. We offer a variety of services to improve a company's online visibility. By engaging us, you agree to the Terms of Service set forth below. If you have questions, or if we may be of any service, please do not hesitate to contact us.

2. Fees, Payment, Terms & Policies

Fees are determined by your current contract. Contract payments are due upon receipt, on a schedule as determined per contract. Updates are billed by the hour, in 15-minute increments. Update invoices are sent monthly and are due net 30. 

Length of recurring contracts is determined per contract. In the event of termination prior to the contract minimum as outlined in the Work agreement and/or prior to the completion of work, Client is responsible for compensation for completed work-to-date, as disclosed by flyte new media via written notice. At the conclusion of the contract terms, the project can renew month-to-month or conclude. If renewed, a 30-day written notice is required for cancellation of services. 

Payment for contract projects and updates can be completed via check, credit card or ACH. 

3. License and Grant of Rights

You represent and warrant that you have and will continue to have the absolute and unrestricted right to publish and use all information you have provided for your digital marketing and that the content does not infringe on the rights of any third party and that it complies with all local, state and federal laws and regulations.

4. Authority

The person signing the Contract certifies that (s)he is lawfully authorized to purchase services on behalf of your company.

5. Effective Upon Execution

Terms and Conditions are binding on both parties on the date the Work Agreement is signed and/or payment is made.
